When is the exhibit hall open?
The exhibit hall is open Wednesday from 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM, Thursday from 8 AM – 9 AM and 10:10 AM – 10:50 AM. You can review a list of our exhibitors here.

A detailed schedule with individual session times will be available soon. There are thirty-minute networking breaks throughout the program when coffee and other refreshments will be served.
Can I get a hotel room?
The 2023 ARM Annual Meeting will be held at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. The group rate is $199/night with some upgrades available. You can book your room here.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
A taxi ride should take approximately 25 minutes. The hotel recommends Uber or Lyft. Super Shuttle is listed on the hotel’s website but they are not sure it’s still in operation since the new MCI airport opened in March.
What should I wear?
The dress code for the 2023 ARM Annual Meeting is business casual. Some attendees may choose to wear blue jeans.
You’re encouraged to dress up and wear blue to our “Blues and BBQ” events on Thursday night. Wear what you’re comfortable in.
When is the exhibitor setup?
Wednesday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM. To make the setup go smoothly, exhibitors are strongly recommended to ship to Liberty Expo Services, our Exhibitor services provider.
What is suitcasing?
Suitcasing is an unprincipled business practice in which companies not exhibiting solicit business in the aisles or other public spaces used for the conference. Please note that while all meeting attendees are invited to the exhibit floor, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles, other public spaces, or at another company’s booth will be asked to leave immediately. Don’t make it weird.
What if I need help at the show?
Our registration staff will be available to answer many of your questions and can contact ARM staff for further assistance. In case of an emergency, please get in touch with security.
